1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of aihumanity.my and your purchase of the AI Readiness Assessment or any consulting service from AI Humanity, operated by KK Tang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. AI Readiness Assessment — Pricing and Delivery

• Launch price is RM297 for the first 10 sales, after which the price rises to RM497. Pricing at time of purchase applies; prices do not retroactively change for prior buyers.
• Upon payment confirmation, you will receive access to the assessment questionnaire. Your scored report is generated and emailed instantly upon questionnaire completion, along with a link to book a live walkthrough call with KK Tang.
• The assessment reflects a point-in-time snapshot based on the information you provide; accuracy depends on the completeness and honesty of your responses.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your AI Readiness Assessment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your report for a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests after this period are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Results Guarantee (Consulting Engagements)

For full consulting Audit and Strategy engagements, if agreed goals set jointly with the client are not achieved, the relevant engagement fee is waived, subject to the terms agreed in the engagement contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All assessment questionnaires, scoring frameworks, reports, and website content are the intellectual property of AI Humanity / KK Tang and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AI Readiness Assessment and consulting advice provided are intended to guide decision-making and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice. AI Humanity is not liable for decisions made based on assessment results or advisory recommendations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
