With over four decades of experience spanning English language education, software development, and educational technology leadership, Tang helps organisations equip their leadership and staff to raise performance, quality, and output — achieving real corporate and personal success through AI that puts people first.
After beginning his career as a Ministry of Education educator and IT lecturer, Tang founded a computer services company providing hardware and developing custom business software for Malaysian clients — before moving into C-suite leadership of MSC Malaysia-status technology and education companies, where he delivered over RM 45 million in Ministry of Education Malaysia projects. He later led English language education operations as CEO of Just English Sdn Bhd and Director of School Improvement at ELS Language Centres, across Malaysia and Thailand.
Today, Tang channels that record of scaled, real-world technology delivery into AI enablement — building capability that produces results and lasts, not dependency that grows.
